British Columbia has invited over 130 candidates under various streams of the BCPNP

British Columbia held new invitation rounds under the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BCPNP) on July 5, 2022.

In the BC PNP Tech, the province invited 100 candidates in the 29 eligible Tech occupations. The lowest score of the round was 85 points. In the Childcare-targeted draw for early childhood educators (NOC 4214), the province invited 21 candidates. In the Healthcare-targeted draw, BC invited 7 candidates.

Additionally, BC targeted less than 5 candidates under other targeted occupations. The lowest score in those draws was 60 points. In total, the province invited about 133 candidates. So far, British Columbia has already issued about 4,573 ITAs including 1,814 candidates under the BCPNP Tech.

British Columbia (B.C.) employers can use the BC PNP Skills Immigration (SI) stream, including the Express Entry BC (EEBC) option, to attract and retain workers with relevant skills, education and experiences.

In the Skills Immigration stream, you may be eligible if you have an indeterminate, full-time job offer in BC or if you have recently graduated from a Canadian post-secondary institution and will be employed in BC on an indeterminate, full-time basis.
